1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Lythian Injector ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial use on one computer at a time, subject to these Terms.

The license is valid only for the duration of your paid subscription or lifetime access (as purchased). No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Prohibited Use

• Sharing, selling, renting, or distributing your license key or the Software.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or modifying the Software.
• Using the Software on multiple devices simultaneously (unless lifetime plan allows transfer via support).
• Using the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of Roblox's Terms of Service.
• Attempting to bypass or interfere with our license validation system.

4. Risk of Use

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use of the Software carries inherent risks, including but not limited to account bans, detection by anti-cheat systems, or loss of access to Roblox services.

You acknowledge that using third-party modifications violates Roblox's rules and that we are not responsible for any consequences, including bans or loss of accounts.

5. Termination

We may terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

No refunds will be issued upon termination for violation.
