Overview

At Lythian, we strive to provide a high-quality, reliable product. Due to the nature of digital software and the risks involved in third-party anti-cheat systems, refunds are limited and issued only under specific conditions.

When Refunds Are Granted

  • Product malfunction on our end: If Lythian fails to function due to a technical issue caused by us (e.g., the injector does not inject, crashes consistently, or is completely unusable) AND we are still providing active service and updates, a full refund may be issued.
  • Within the first 24 hours: Requests made within 24 hours of purchase with proof of the issue may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

When Refunds Are NOT Granted

  • Account bans, suspensions, or detection by Roblox (regardless of cause)
  • User error, incorrect setup, or incompatibility with your system
  • Change of mind, no longer needing the product, or deciding not to use it
  • Issues caused by third-party software, antivirus, firewalls, or Windows updates
  • Any misuse, sharing of license, or violation of our Terms of Service
  • After the product has been used successfully for any period

No refunds will be issued for bans, detections, or other various reasons unrelated to a verifiable fault in our software.

Refund Process

  1. Contact support via our official channels within 24 hours of purchase (or as soon as the issue is discovered).
  2. Provide your license key, purchase email, and a clear description/video proof of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify the claim. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  4. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

All sales are final except in cases explicitly covered above.
